DeerBrain, a (referred to as “DeerBrain,” “our,” “we” or “us”) welcomes you to the website (the “Website”).  understands your privacy is important. This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how we collect, use, store, process and share  your information in relation to your access and use of the Service (including the Site, Mobile Apps, and Products).  DeerBrain was designed for you to help you get inside the Brain of your Deer.  DeerBrain was created to help you track your deer.  Thus, by using DeerBrain, you give us the right to use your collective information, not to distribute your specific information to other hunters for their personal use, but to use as a tool to generate collective statistics and to help promote hunting success across the globe. We reserve the right to revise our Privacy Policy at any time at our discretion. Changes to our Privacy Policy will become effective upon posting to our Website. By visiting, accessing or using the Service, you expressly consent to the collection, use, storage, transfer, processing and disclosure of your information, including personally identifiable information, as described in this Policy. Information collection and usage.  

Like many internet websites if you create an account you will be asked to provide and we may collect certain information, including but not limited to, you email address and password selected by you.  If you register for your account using social networking service credentials we will colllect you credentials in order to identify and logi into the third party application or website and will retain your credentials to collect information from the social networking service.  If you register with DeerBrain, we will use your personal information to communicate with you about the website and app and send you marketing materials.  We may send you a confirmation email when you register.  

Google Analytics uses cookies and web beacons in order to collect interest-level and demographic information and usage information from users that access and use the Service, including, but not limited, to information about the pages where users enter and exit the Service and what pages users view on the Service, operating system  time spent, browser, device information, and IP address. Cookies and web beacons allow Google to recognize a user when a user visits or accesses the Service. Google uses the information it collects from the Service and other websites or services to share with us and other website operators information about users including, but not limited to, age range, gender, geographic regions, general interests and details about devices used to visit websites and purchase items. We may dispose of any information in our discretion without notice, subject to applicable law. We do not undertake any retention obligations through this statement.

In some cases, we may disclose your information, including personally identifiable information, as required by any applicable law, rule or regulation, if we believe disclosure is needed to protect our rights, property or safety, to government regulators or law enforcement authorities in connection with any judicial proceeding, court order, subpoena or legal process served on us or the Service, and to respond to a physical threat to you or another person. Therefore, although we believe we use industry standard practices to protect our Users' privacy, we do not promise that Personal Information or private communications can remain private. No transmission of data over the internet can be 100% secure.

We restrict access to the information collected about our members and visitors. The personally identifiable information we collect is stored in operating environments that are not available to the public. It is important to realized that 100% security is not possible when transmitting data over the internet.

Children's Privacy

DeerBrain service is not intended for anyone under the age of 18. We do not seek or knowingly collect any Personal Information about children under 13 years of age. If we become aware that we have unknowingly collected Personal Information from a child under the age of 13, we will make reasonable efforts to delete such information from our database.  

California Resident's Privacy Rights:  

Under California law, California residents can opt-out of our disclosing personal information about them to third parties for their marketing purposes. If you do not want us to disclose information to other companies for their marketing purposes, please contact us by any of the ways described in the "How to Contact Us" section above. At this time, DeerBrain takes no action automatically in response to "do not track" signals

You acknowledge and agree that DeerBrain does not endorse and is not responsible for any product, services, content, advertising or other materials on or available through Linked Web Sites.
